Dear residents of Buckshaw village, 

Please can we make you aware that during the early hours of the morning on 16th February 2026 a vehicle on regiment drive was interfered with. The car was not taken and no items were stolen.

Please can residents that live in the local area, ensure all vehicles are locked and secured, don't leave vehicle's unattended if the engine is running and to ensure any and all items or valuables are removed from vehicles.

Can we just take this opportunity to be vigilant and if you see anything or have a feeling that something doesn't feel right to report it.
